It snowed today. When John was walking home he called us and we all threw on some snow clothes so we could go out and enjoy all the fluffy white stuff.

Everyone looks so happy in the snow!! Now James can understand what real snow feels like, when he looks at his snow books and plays with the singing snow people. I bet it was hard to get James back into the house. Luke as usual had the warmest place to be and probably fell asleep. What a great evening!!

Man, I totally miss the seasons in Virginia! The same day you took these pictures, I took pictures of baby Leah at the park while wearing shorts.
Looks like fun! Keep warm - I made apple crisp today. There is nothing like warm apples and cinnamon on a snowy day.
