Baby horse has been missing for a few days. This was extremely distressing to James. So we had to start playing other games with the horses, just to distract him. But out of all 12 horses, he knows exactly which one is missing every time. I searched high and low for this horse and was contemplating buying a whole new set just for the missing horse.
But this morning who should we find...but our beloved baby horse! He must have come out of hiding because he got hungry. He and James worked very hard at cutting fruit.
Baby horse tried all the fruit, and then settled down for a nap. Shhhhh, he's sleeping!

I'm glad you found Baby Ho Ho and now the world is back to being happy place. I like the play fruit cutting activity--maybe James will be motivated to try the real thing.
I deleted my first entry because I typed the word verification at the end of it. Now I know why the first post didn't work.
That is hilarious! Lately I cut Eli's blankie in two so that we'd have a spare. I can only imagine the anguish if we couldn't find that!
Glad baby ho' is back. ;) You still may want to look into buying a spare...
Em, that's hilarious that you mutilated your child's lovey...don't 2 year olds notice these things?!? ;o)
Amy, I thought he would notice but thankfully he didn't!!!! He was sleeping with that hot fleece thing all wrapped around him and getting all sweaty. So, it was for his own good, too!
kind of like the Shepherd who doesn't leave any sheep behind. :-)
James is a very busy little guy. Glad he found baby ho.
PS. Before I enlarged the pic of Baby Ho, I thought that it was a little strange that horse was wearing boxers.
