Luke had to stay an extra day in the hospital for a jaundice treatment. Leaving the hospital without my new baby broke my heart, but the good news is he is now home and is settling in quite nicely. James is being brave and trying very hard to be a big boy, but sometimes it is hard to share the attention of mommy and daddy. James' loves to pat Luke's head and then his own head. Then he insists on patting my head, and then daddy's head, and if Zion is close by he gets a pat too.

I'm glad Luke is home with you! I see James has "Going on a Bear Hunt". That is the book Madalyn got right after Katie was born and she loved it! I'm sure James is going to be a great big brother.
Glad he is home now, that had to be very hard! Hopefully you at least got one good night of sleep before all the sleepless night to come!

Oh, he is SOOO cute! He looks a lot like James as a baby, but different, too. Is it just me or does James suddenly look like such a big boy?!? I love the patting the head story. Paige, you look too great to have just had a baby. Congrats! Keep up the pics!
